They Don't Make It Easy To Work There

Pros

Its a paycheck but not much else. If you want to/expect to sound like a robot, you won't be disappointed.

Cons

There is more math/accounting that is expected than they tell you in interviews. They really downplayed the monetary questions we would get. Even if you are working from home, they expect you to find outside child care. If they hear anything in the background of a call (even from behind a closed door) it'll get you in trouble.

Seems like the company enters contract with companies that have trouble staying afloat. When the companies sink the commission sinks.
