Team works hard and truely dedicated to clients.

Cons

Management has no direction from leadership. Employees have to work 50-60 hour weeks because they don't have enough staff for projects. Clients are not treated well nor are they a priority.

Great corporate culture, great teammates in the Toronto and Toronto-Pickering offices, tons of opportunity to do new things, tons of opportunity for advancement. Relaxed and understanding environment. Fantastic place to work.

Cons

No RRSP until 2 years of employment, very documentation intensive because of their primary clients being in the nuclear industry.
