      Great Product but not a nice place to work

      Great Product, Lots of potential, Good Pay Master

      Cons

      Old boys club , very top heavy especially in IT. For an IT of that size, they should just have 2 directors - one of apps and one for infra. But they have quite a few. All the old timers have been promoted and given a director title. There are some of them with just 2 direct reports.

      -The company is investing into a leadership development program, perhaps to address past concerns. -Lots of support for R&D, exciting new products -Lots of stability/company continually growing -Collaborative work environment -Competitive salaries and benefit packages -Career pathing, lots of opportunity for new challenges -New efforts and staff to improve company-wide communication
