      Pros

      Fantastic people to work with that are very engaged in what the company does. Overall, business milestones are celebrated well and that keeps pride and morale up.

      Cons

      In he UK business, there seemed to be a feeling of divide between the more production- lead site and the one which hosts more of the commercial functions and senior leadership. Shop-floor employees didn't always feel like their voice is heard

      Very global company, many cultures and interesting people. Over-the-top wage compared to other industries. Interesting work if you're at the right position. Most valuable on this job is to have the possibility for creativeness. Good working place, modern IT.

      Cons

      The company may lack in the unflexible mindset, this starts at working level, as well as managment level. Aerospace is slower moving than e.g. Car industry.
