      Pros

      Overall this is a great company to work for: great environment and great opportunities for engineers! A lot of diversity and many challenging programs.

      Cons

      Training budget is allocated based on yearly review and personal growth discussion, so it is hard to get training the first year.

      Pros

      Good place to learn a lot of new skills and gain new experiences.

      Cons

      Bureacratic.. slow promotion..salary, benefits and welfare is only average. Too much focus on processes. Come out with various transformation objectives every now and then..but never get to see its results and this is a total waste of time and resources.

      Pros

      Good learning environment, friendly and knowledgeable team, work culture better than HAL/ISRO.. i.e. the other options in India, but that's hardly an achievement.

      Cons

      Salaries not comparable to any CS/ECE firm, no good alternatives in India, so the company doesn't feel the need to offer good salaries. Career path stagnates after a few years. Most people leave in 3-4. Office timing a big pain - late by 10 minutes = half day's leave.
