Plenty of opportunity to take on technically challenging interesting work. Possible to take responsibility relatively early in your career. Generally speaking most staff are well engaged and good people to work with.
Cons
Renumeration does not always feel commensurate with the level of responsibility. The current direction of the defence and space company is unclear.
