Pros

Good work life balance in marketing & communications only.

Cons

Giant mess of an organization. Constantly pivoting to new strategies to meet Julie Sweet’s current political objectives. Blueprinted roles stifle ability for any long term grown. Embarrassing year end bonus structure. Pushes technology and services that aren’t fully baked, sales teams fumble, marketing has no real reachable objectives. Will likely replace your role with a low cost location or AI at some point. If you do stay, expect to spend YEARS waiting for a promotion or salary increase.
