For the most part the people you work with will be smart, hard driving and professional. You will have access to all the opportunity and knowledge you could ever dream of, so long as you are not afraid to go out and make it happen for yourself. I loce the opportunities at my fingertips here - the diversity and learning opportunities are second to none. Even if you don't make it to partner, if you can make it a couple of rungs up the ladder here, it will open a lot of other doors for you down the road.

Two caveats: (1) you have to perform and perform well and (2) your senior manager must have "selected" you as the one to move through the ranks with him (or her). Sometimes the latter is not the most fair of processes, but people who have reached the level of senior manager are not dumb and have their pick of the talent pool, so there is a science behind the madness. Overall a great place to work. Also, the 80 hour work weeks of old finally seem to be a thing of the past.
