Pros
I am happy to have had the opportunity to build one team and one organization from the ground up and contribute to their development. It was a valuable experience that allowed me to shape processes and ways of working from an early stage. I also appreciated the flexibility I was given in how I approached my work, which enabled me to deliver effectively and take ownership of my responsibilities. The EMEA and global leadership were approachable and easy to engage with when needed. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across France, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal, UK and Italy, who were consistently easy to work with. In addition, internal stakeholders, particularly those from Technology in Danubia, were very understanding and collaborative. The HR Business Partner was consistently supportive, professional, and responsive. Overall, I worked with a strong and stable team, with high levels of engagement throughout my time there.

Like in any complex organization, there is always room for refinement, but I do not have anything specific to highlight.
