The benefits are great in terms of reimbursed parking and tolls, reimbursement for commute mileage, 401k match program. I also have a great team!

Cons

Work-life balance is pretty much nonexistent, but that is unfortunately the standard for this industry. Also there is not much in the way of upward mobility on the technical side of things - moving up the ladder on the sales side is where you can have a very lucrative career
