There is a lack of structure in terms of work processes. At times the approach towards dealing with issues is reactive rather proactive

OK benefits, good coworkers, schooling oppurtunites onsite.

Cons

Lacking growth opportunities for middle and lower level personnel. Awkward shift hours. Last minute decisions to work overtime. Onsite school is marketed as an Engineering program when it is really a technologist program, you will not become a State certified Engineer and probably can not transfer to real engineering school with the classed offered.
