Many opportunities for growth and continuing education. Outstanding benefits and bonuses. Excellent leadership and management.

Cons

Under some circumstances, it can be difficult to get promoted. Management directives to assign low performance scores to at least a certain minimum % people in a group for performance reviews. This created a lot of stress and difficulty for supervisors around performance review time to identify people who "didn't meet objectives" just to satisfy the management directive to have a certain minimum number.
