-Great people to work with -Leadership supports/encourages training. IT has access to many learning platforms. -Great culture. Leadership is friendly and makes an effort to connect with regular employees. Learning about other business areas and doing informals is highly encouraged. -Leadership communicates their goals clearly and layout plans for how to accomplish them.

Cons

-No universal solutions. Sometimes it feels like there are too many small groups doing offering different solutions. -Some teams don't give a lot of guidance to new comers.
