      Pros

      Got to see different parts of the country.

      Cons

      Department is awful. Leadership is very toxic. There is no way to track your sales numbers. Ask them about claw backs on commissions. Very unethical practices. No one was able to hit quota. Really would think twice before signing on.

      Great local office, my team has been phenomenal. My role as an analyst on a small team has led to great growth

      Cons

      That growth has come with some long days. Month end close sucks not sure if that can ever change. Company feels disjointed with so many separate locations and BUs.

      Decent benefits and pay for a new grad or those with little experience. Most people are great to work. Management needs work.

      Cons

      not great for long-term growth. Promotions are usually given to friends and family members. Rarely are promotions and advancement given to qualified people. Managers are rarely have the technical or management skills to be successful. Good people tend to leave or retire.
