      Great benefits, but poor leadership and no growth opportunities

      Pros

      Good company wellbeing and high salary compared to others in the same industry.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Management only cares about short-term revenue. There are no career opportunities, and no significant improvements can be made. Many promising newcomers have tried to improve the business by building robust processes, but management is indifferent unless it boosts short-term revenue.

      Pros

      Really depends what position you are in and what facility you work at. Also, managers, supervisors, coworkers will all determine any pros really. Benefits are nice and there are a vast amount of resources Abbott offers for your personal life.

      Cons

      Being promoted was not too difficult but changing from one role to another maybe a different situation. Work/Life Balance has become a little difficult currently but not always the case.
