Pros

Flexible working, health insurance for family if needed

Cons

Very Poor pay for front line workers, not understanding of claims teams from people above and how much work we are expected to do. If you are a single parent and your child almost dies due to illness and has an operation - they don’t care. They put you on a warning where you are unable to progress in anyway or earn any more money for an entire 12 months- this is for needing to take care of your sick child.

Pros

Always trying to do more for its people. Great bonus and benefit schemes and lots of flexibility In certain areas. I’ve progressed my career entirely through AXA

Cons

Management can apply pressure and some decisions are made without consulting the people those decision impact. It can be high pressure for what I would consider non competitive pay. At the moment there aren’t opportunities to progress so to higher roles
