Pros

If you are self motivated to perform your job with little or no direction and accept the fact others in the upper management will receive the accolades and bonuses, you will be happy in what you accomplish.

Cons

The company went through a massive restructuring in 2000 to 2003 and cut many jobs due to competition and modernization. The people left were put in a position of working much harder than they ever did before. It has become a very cut throat dog eat dog atmosphere.

Pros

-free phone -free service -get to play with all the new phones that come out ex. Iphone -learn more about the industry and information is key in this business. you learn how to not get "sold" . -learn people skills, how to read customers, and how to sell products and yourself -meet a wide away of people allowing for great connections ( if your in the right area of course) -good benefits -tuition reimbusement - free wireless training -again you get to know how the industry works and learn how to act proper during business transactison. not a lot of customers understand this. (it teaches you what to and not to do when your on the customer side of anything)

Cons

-commision dropping like flies. everytime theres a revamp its for the worst - managers usually are promoted becaue they had a buddy in high school or someone they knew . Lucky for me i have a good manager that minds his own business and isnt to strict. - constant text and calls from managers to sell more - constant text and calls from customers about their problems - having a customer always to expect you to have the answer they want and to their problems. (free phone no matter what) - always having customer tell you how long they have been with the compnay and deserve this or that - YOU DEAL WITH A LOT OF UNEDUCATED PEOPLE. Not stupid just uneducated people that get mad and frustrated at you that they dont understand
