Pros

the test was common sense to me. Out of 60 of us 13 passed. If u ever done wiring and have basic math skills then u can pass the test. I took the test one week and got an interview a week later. The job is very rewarding and is worth every effort

Cons

not enough hours for me. u get over forty but i need to work 24.lol

Pros

No weekends or evenings - you only work regular business hours because its B2B sales Commission structure is wonderful Base base is competitive Free benefits for employees Very encouraging work environment Monthly sales goals are achievable

Cons

Commission pay outs are not predictable. You never know what your commison is or when you'll get paid for specific programs that you sell. Tied to a headset all day If you are not an aggressive sales person, this is not the job for you.
