Pros

I have never felt overworked at AT&T and they provide a great atmosphere to succeed. The El Segundo campus is beautiful and I loved going into work before COVID hit.

Cons

Not a fan of most of the company's decisions and future direction

Decent company, decent pay

Pros

* Telecommuting is based off of your boss, some allow it, some will fire you based off of it. * Projects can be fun, or boring. It's really a matter of luck.

Cons

* Telecommuting is based off of your boss, some allow it, some will fire you based off of it. * New workers get paid significantly more than current employees, leaving older employees with less pay that will be unlikely to catch up through yearly pay increases and progressions/promotions.
