      Pros

      Free bagels, fruit and coffee! There are often employee development opportunities that are amazing! ASM also provides free training to all employees to build their arsenal of certifications and CEs!

      Cons

      Team morale is very low coupled by a very vivid lack of enthusiasm by fellow employees. Management is very novice and unaware of team issues. Incentives for promotions are very slow to be provided.
