Pros
I’ve Worked for Asm Research for about 7 months now. Depending on the customer you support you will have a very good work life balance.
Cons
One of my biggest pet peeves working for Asm is the amount of time you will spend correcting/adding/fixing your time sheet. I honestly feel like it should be left up to the manager to be responsible for making sure we’re charging to the correct code or changing it in our system when a new code comes up. You literally have to go in every pay period to add a line for PTO or Training ect. If you make a mistake you are responsible for going through a lengthy process of correcting it.
