Worst leadership I've ever had

Pros

They pay your salary in a terrible market.

Cons

This company has kept and promoted the absolute worst leadership I've had the displeasure of working with. The leadership either has zero contact with their employees or are on a power trip seeking people they don't personally like and targeting them while letting others slip under the radar. The health insurance is a joke and most places don't accept it. Zero Mobility within the company, all promotions go to nepotism or personal relationships.

Pros

They were nice enough to buy us snacks?

Cons

Upper management has no connection with their employees. They don't care about their employees. All they care about are their numbers. They took over the contract for the National Service Desk for the VA Hospitals (Horrible decision on the VA's part). The transition to ASM was HORRIBLE. They offer $5+ less per hour at first and when everyone was outraged they offered some right at what they were making before and some still less. We had 14 seconds between calls with a normal call queue of 30-80 people. AKA back to back calls non-stop all day every day. The "Leads" (Supervisors) that were already in place from the previous employer are sneaky and try to get other Supervisors fired behind each other's backs and then tell their employees things about other employees that they shouldn't be.... and then Upper management wants to believe everything these leads tell them when they know nothing about them. Worst job I've ever had. Would never tell anyone to work for them.

Pros

They will hire you if you can pass background check.

Cons

Under bid the NSD contract then tried to screw several people over on the transition pay. Wouldn't pay any more than previous company paid even though everyone was aware of the work load increase from the idiots that go to sleep at night dreaming up a process knowing they have never taken a call. Then telling us that we have to comply. I use to love the place but not enough personnel to address they lost 90% of the original workforce within the first 4 months. In conclusion this is a horrible company to work for. Benefits suck primarily the medical, no hsa or FSA to help cover, employee assistance program is useless. No 401k match for the little guys, salary employees get it?! Not a career at all.
