Pros

The people working there are very nice and friendly. All the computer and equipment were already set up at your desk from day one.

Cons

The job description was pretty general. The manager was pretty laid back and did not plan out the project thoroughly. There were many unnecessary delays.

Pros

-Pros : -Work Life balance is amazing you will feel if you are switching from an IT firm. -Compensation is fair enough and as per the market slandered -Stable Job Environment for the future perspective. -Chances to learn more, more and more..

Cons

-Lacks in implementation policies and processes. - No team building activities - Within the organization it will be very difficult to grow vertically -Limited onsite opportunity -Management is having very restricted view towards the employees. It is somewhere not so friendly nor so open.
