Pros

best environment in power industries, flexible and good immediate boss/supervisor. Alstom is all about employees and ethics, they provide you wid lots of training and regular update to whats happening in the area of business (power/transport) French people are all about labor laws, so no body dares to harass you, HR policies are simple and straight to understand.

Cons

Its good company to work wid, how ever salary and pay structure is very complex to understand. Be sure and negotiate well before joining and Do negotiate over your take home salary not yearly part, they are pretty smart to fool you out. Rest it is one of the finest company in power sector to work wid. Ill rate this company above than GE, Siemens, Schneider, Areva, Voith, Andritz.
