Pros

If you can compromise with your self esteem then its the right place for you. Anybody can join this company only for salary. You join for 1 year at a high salary, earn some money and then leave.

Cons

Favoritism has ruined the unity and this is propagated by the company top officials. Nobody to administer where HR Policies are being adhered or not. No scope of innovation and growth. No proper HR policies. In short not atall an employer friendly company. There is no work life balance. Worst place for female to work. I will never advice my wife or sister to get associated with Alstom at any point of time. Lastly, as the hierarchy chain is a very long one the below grades like B1 and below are the deprived lot.
