      I learnt a lot, but after 7 years I had to leave: the company was definitely not interested to invest on me.

      1. It's a multinational company and you have the opportunity to create a big network 2. You have the opportunity to work with a lot of Engineers that really love their job and the products they design 3. The possibility to change job internally and design your career are high, however the salary does not change accordingly...

      Cons

      1. French-centric company 2. In Italy, old Italian management with old mindset 3. Company is not interested in improving the processes and the way of working 4. Middle management is totally not empowered

      Very less people can enjoy career growth For fresher exposure is less No responsibility is being taken by some of directors- for every small issue there is a meeting and team decisions.
