No opportunities to move up unless you’re related or having an inappropriate relationship with someone at the top. They keep job openings secret so they can hire specific people.

Pros

Large company (part of the 2-part monopoly of UK Signalling major firms with Siemens) Several Large Projects Progression is available Several experts within their fields at the top

Cons

I joined, the person pencilled in to be my boss left within 5 weeks, IT took 6 weeks to arrive, only other person in my department was on Mat Leave for 4 months, no one took accountability for me - particularly difficult as I joined in Lockdown and was 100% remote due to this.
