Pros

not really anything worth praising

Cons

CEO keeps changing, and so is the business decision. Many people get hired for only a few weeks and then have to leave. The working environment is pretty bad, even without free drinking water.

Pros

The positive reasons to work for AIG include the size and scale of the organization. It allows you to experience working with a diverse range of people within the organization and in the client base. AIG also invests in the development of its workers.

Cons

The large size of the organization can be detrimental to new employees unsure of how they fit in and how to grow within the organization. There is a strong potential for job turnover as would be expected of any organization of its size.
