Pros

Everyone is nice enough and friendly. Sometimes do socials but very rarely. If you have no qualifications or experience, it will be a good stepping stone.

Cons

Minimum wage and no room for increases. Training is offered but equivalent to an A-Level, not great for someone with a degree. Some micromanagement due to style of work, all about "calls calls calls", but it is literally a call centre. Won't get promoted unless someone retires, and most of them won't retire any time soon.
