Went downhill fast

Pros

Good co-workers. Good PTO. Pay is above average.

Cons

No work life balance. Complex adjuster claim pending is 250-300+. There is no way to keep up! They allowed 30% of claims staff to take early retirement and have burned everyone out by not re-hiring in a timely manner.

AIG The good and the bad

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

AIG has really good benefits. They also have a fair compensation structure.

Cons

It is so massive, you are a number. Go into this company realizing it's a job and not a career. It's not awful but it's not great. A lot of people work hybrid at all different places but some people had 100% remote built in during Covid. Training is ok depending on what team you are on.
