-Unfair metrics/KPIs not in keeping with contracted working hours. -the impossible targets mean bonuses will be almost impossible to achieve. -rude management. Jumped to conclusions, and reprimanded me for my health condition instead of helping with work adjustments. -poor training. collleagues training when they are free and convenient for them. Means it's impossible to meet one's targets early on. Withholding of information.

Professionally, very boring. They had very senior analysts just filling out templates. If you aren't in NY, your career opportunities are extremely limited.
