Pros

The management team that took over after the split from AIG is very motivated and capable. Results oriented management staff that will keep you on your toes.

Cons

It is hard to sell their product when most people/insured's know they are still apart of AIG eventhough they changed their name. They also run a pretty lean office so don't expect a job where you only have to put in 3 hours a day. You will be busy from 8 to 4:30.

Pros

Given a lot of freedom a young age, some people have the ability to move up t hee company quickly, good balance between marketing and underwriting

Cons

Political, demanding culture, nothing is good enough attitude, often times you need an offer from another company to be compensated fairly, not a good training company, terrible bonus structure for underwriters, no incetive to perfrom at lower levels
