Work/Life balance in certain departments

Cons

Poor communications, lack of acknowledgement from senior management and lack of career advancement/personal growth. Also only bonuses given out to top senior mgrs and not the individual professionals who are putting in all the long hours.

Employee are all very positive and professional. The job was easy. The boss is fairly generous. The work environment was great

AIG is on downside. The management is kind of messy. People work hard but not right at the point. flucturating
