When trying to leave other companies will not perceive your previous experience as good experience unless you had many achievements and awards.

100% paid trainging - set salary for the first few months, which is very rare in insurance, Flexible schedule for the most part, but meetings are absolutely mandatory no matter what!

Cons

So much paperwork, old-school when it comes to promotions, The office I worked in required A LOT of office time for agents, which cut into sales time.
