Pros

Plenty of room for professional advancement and promotion. Many opportunities to move to different departments, functions and geographic locations. Pleasant, helpful and approachable co-workers. Cafeteria on premises is convenient when you don't bring lunch and the weather is bad.

Cons

Some managers show blatant favoritism and disrespect which can have very favorable or detrimental impact on job. Can be a brutal place to work if you are not well liked. Heavy workloads.

parking in the parking garage was expensive, pay was less than gratifying
