Incredible Company with deep historical roots; perseverance in recovering from the Great Recession and the potential for growth of the company.

Cons

Corporate Culture is still stuck in conducting business which got the company in trouble; by being closed off from other departments and not having transparency. Walls are slowly coming down. Management's inability to retain key talent and promote from within.
