Pros

If you become part of the good ole boy network, you'll do just fine.

Cons

Moral across the country is horrible. Only interested in hiring young people. Extremely unfair performance review process. Companies main interest is their ROE.

Pros

Many health/dental/vision benefit options. Health insurance costs $300/mo for a family, but there are good retirement account options. Training is provided.

Cons

Very production oriented for $10-12/hr. Basically your benefit options will eat up your paycheck. Also, you must always push out the numbers. Quantity is valued over quality. Don't try to make a contribution or improve practices just keep on the treadmill to produce your numbers- work harder and faster- not smarter...
