Pros

Good company to work for if you are looking for stability. Provide Tuition reinbursement. Education is encouraged!

Cons

Under paid and overworked. They will pay outside employees more than internally. Lateral pay does not retain employees.

Pros

Cons

owned by AIG, reduced comissions due to the fixed rate environment today. NO brokerage research - only unsolicited trades allowed. no incentive for bringing on new enrollments, low morale. NO admin support unless advisors pays for staff. co. limits amount of free postage for mailings. management is bleeding the advisors dry so they can get their bonus
