Pros

Free lunches, dinners, 2 to 3 times per week. Free Starbucks, sodas, Snapple, gourmet coffees, teas, advil, tylenol, sugar, orange juice, dish washing liquid, milk, pastries, bagels, paper towels, paper plates, utensils, golf outings every 3 to 4 months.

Cons

AIG-No accounting and compliance controls, cronyism, not a meritocracy; It's a Zoo-GSA gone wild. It's not a collaborative work environment. Each group or department competes with other groups and departments, and tries to subvert and backstab the other groups and departments. AIG is a fragmented organization with each business unit having its own moniker, logo and brand name. In some cases, the customers don't even know that the parent company is AIG. This gives the perception to employees and customers that AIG does not have a cohesive and collaborative corporate culture. Low morale.
