Pros
awesome peers, NEVER a dull moment, entrepreneurial, open to all sorts of training if you go after it. Great environment for ambitious OCD types
Cons
restructuring so not stable right now, top heavy management, too many chiefs, "You're never good enough" mentality with workers but it does drive you to do better, pay freeze for years at non management levels (but its probably like that everywhere), a lot of outsourcing to Asia moving forward so jobs at non management level not plenty. If you are are an experienced worker, don't volunteer to train that intern...you may be training your cheaper replacement
