Global Company with a diversity within it's portfolio. Marquee name on your resume. Strong set of policies and infrastructure

Cons

Leadership changes made it difficult to understand the company strategy and priorities from time to time. Was like whiplash. Dysfunction in the team. If you were on the good side of the "in" crowd you were taken care of despite the inadequate nature of performance. Ultimately made me leave.
