Pros

You will meet well connected people and work on unique accounts that not many other places get to see. Flexibility in "underwriting" - less declination but many decisions are made by others and you're doing their work to get minimal credit. Good lateral and global work opportunities. Good ERG systems and events.

Cons

Very toxic corporate company. No stability, everything is chaotic, no loyalty. No culture. No adequate training and they expect you to know things, will get upset if you ask too many questions. Many managers are NOT qualified to be leading multiple people. They do not care about you as a person nor employee and will get rid of you at any moment in time. They will not have your back. Everything is secretive to an excessive degree so no one ever knows what is going on. You can't talk candidly to nor approach senior people because they don't make themselves available on purpose. Employees here are at least $25k/yr underpaid compared to the market.
