Flexible working although that varies from one department to another

The company lost a lot of good people because of cost-cutting. Everyone is stretched and doing a lot more work but it's not even recognised/rewarded.

My direct manager was great (I won't embarrass him by name dropping). Good exposure to larger accounts. Great company brand generally.

Cons

Senior management are completely disconnected from staff. Unrealistic expectations and poor compensation compared to competitors.
