Went from an underwriting assistant to an underwriter in less than 2 years, received a very huge salary increased for the jump.i believe it’s a place where you can progress quickly if you want too.

Cons

First years raise was only a COLA and they did not take into account projects I worked on through out the year.

The training is lacking, management is condescending, NO LUNCH BREAK, often short staffed, they put you in blast for errors and call it coaching
