Good company, good benefits, able to work from home if needed. If you can get on with a good team, you will be happy, but that is not always the case.

Cons

Constant changes in management, layoffs, reorganizations. Depending on your team you may need to reapply for your job every couple of years.

I worked at two very different locations both experiences where less than desirable, it's who you know not what you know...The same people mysteriously win the in office contest every year, it's been 10 years and the same people keep "winning" free round the world trips. No opportunity for growth unless you're in with the higher ups.
