Pros

Very well organised, keep their promises, reward employees, career growth is definitely possible, overall a very good place to work for. I always felt like I'm not just an employee, but a part of a family. Fantastic colleagues, managed well, and great to be a part of.

Cons

Barely any. I never had a proper Christmas party 😅 But also, this was after Covid and the company took c19 very, very seriously and took a lot of precautions.
