      Lots of individual autonomy Challenging, global problems with very diverse workforce and opportunities for rotational training Excellent work/life balance Highly-capable workforce

      Lots of individual autonomy (limited collaboration and feedback from management) Culture of firefighting Huge organization with typical features (old/slow IT, inefficient/overlapping processes, etc.)

      Pros

      You get free coffee and free fruits that company provides everyday. You can drink as much coffee as you can and as many times as you want. Lots of leisure time to think and do new things. You are your own boss and no body will bother you.

      Cons

      The system is flexible and difference between flexibility and arbitrariness is very think. I find it just arbitrary and not flexible.
