      The brand name is solid. Job is utmost secure. Zero stress for the role. Good application - learning curve. Management very supportive for leaves and related fields.

      Cons

      This is a badly managed start-up under a big brand name. There's no credibility for the department in type of projects. Unnecessary customer - pleasing practices over improving work quality. Unnecessarily strict in timings. Management at times quotes things to have things their way. And circumstantially, it can get worse..
