The first round with Paul (founder) was Product led which was quite good. Touched several hard product-specific questions. The rest were very generic and felt people interviewing a VP product don't understand the "product" that well.
Mainly my past experience & background,
They asked for a marketing portfolio, and no competency based questions. Did not even get to speak with the hiring manager.
