The most difficult is "tell us about a time you had to work with someone you disagreed with" because you don't want to point out how difficult you are to work with, but also want to show you know how to resolve conflict easily. The biggest thing for each question is to show you learned something from each example you give.

Describe a time when you had to deal with an angry co-worker or customer. Hint: Do not say the word "customer," say "guest." That is so important in the Target culture.
